1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, uploading a statement, purchasing a report, starting a Premium subscription, accessing a saved analysis, or otherwise using StatementRadar, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy and any additional terms shown during checkout.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and user accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, email account and device.
- You may not share an account in a way that avoids plan limits or enables unauthorized access.
- You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account use.
- We may require email verification or additional verification for security, billing or support.
3. Service description

- Paid AI analysis of supported PDF, CSV, XLS and XLSX bank statements.
- Transaction extraction, categorization and search.

4. Plans, credits and access
4.1 Free
The Free plan currently supports compatible CSV, XLS and XLSX analysis in the browser without Gemini AI. Free features, limits and availability may change. Free access does not include PDF upload, AI insights, AI chat, saved analysis history or professional PDF report downloads.
4.2 AI Financial Report
The one-time AI Financial Report is currently listed at USD 14.99 before applicable tax or localized checkout adjustments. A successful purchase provides one analysis credit for one completed paid AI analysis. The credit is normally consumed when an analysis enters processing and is completed in accordance with platform logic.
A completed one-time report is currently retained for up to 30 days. It includes the paid analytics interface and a professional PDF report download. Additional analyses require another report purchase or Premium access.
4.3 Premium
Premium is currently listed at USD 29.00 per month or USD 279.00 per year before applicable tax or localized checkout adjustments. Premium currently includes up to 75 AI analyses per billing month, saved analysis history for up to 365 days, and comparison of 2 to 12 completed Premium analyses.
Usage allowances do not roll over unless expressly stated. We may apply reasonable technical, file-size, processing-time, abuse-prevention and fair-use limits.
If a marketing page conflicts with checkout or account-level limits, the checkout terms, plan-access logic and these Terms will control to the extent legally permitted.
5. Billing, taxes and Paddle
Paid transactions are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for eligible StatementRadar sales. Paddle may calculate and collect applicable taxes, issue receipts or invoices, process payment methods, convert currencies, manage billing information and handle certain refund or consumer-law obligations.
- Prices may be displayed in a localized currency at checkout.
- The final total shown by Paddle before confirmation is the amount submitted for payment.
- We do not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.
- A checkout completion screen does not itself activate access; access is activated after receipt and verification of the relevant Paddle payment notification.
- Billing records may take several seconds or longer to synchronize after payment.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle’s applicable consumer terms and mandatory law.
6. Premium renewal, cancellation and failed payments
- Premium renews automatically for the selected monthly or yearly billing period until cancelled.
- Users may manage eligible subscriptions through the secure Paddle customer portal when available.
- Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal and does not automatically provide a refund for the current period.
- Where Paddle schedules cancellation at period end, Premium access may continue until the current paid period expires.
- Failed, disputed, reversed, refunded, past-due or fraudulent payments may result in delayed, restricted or removed access.
- Subscription status is determined by verified Paddle events and our account records.
7. Uploaded statements and user content
You retain ownership of documents and information you upload. You grant StatementRadar and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, parse, transform and process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot and improve the requested Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the uploaded content or are legally authorized to use and process it.
- Uploading it does not violate privacy, confidentiality, banking, employment, contractual or intellectual-property obligations.
- You will not upload another person’s financial information without valid authority.
- You will remove unnecessary credentials, passwords, PINs, one-time passwords and complete payment-card data.
- Your content does not contain malware, unlawful material or data submitted for prohibited purposes.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service for fraud, identity theft, money laundering, unauthorized surveillance or unlawful profiling.
- Use results to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on another person without appropriate lawful safeguards and human review.
- Upload stolen, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized financial records.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, plan limits, payment checks, file restrictions or security controls.
- Probe, scan, reverse engineer, overload, scrape or interfere with the Service except where law expressly permits.
- Share malicious files or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Misrepresent AI-generated analytics as audited accounts, certified financial statements or professional advice.
- Resell, white-label or provide public access to the Service without written authorization.
9. AI output, calculations and financial limitations
StatementRadar uses automated extraction, categorization, calculations and generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, outdated, delayed, truncated or based on misunderstood statement content.
- Always compare results against the original bank statement.
- Do not use StatementRadar as the sole basis for financial, lending, tax, legal, investment, employment, insurance or compliance decisions.
- Financial health scores, forecasts, personalities, savings opportunities and recommendations are informational estimates, not professional advice.
- StatementRadar does not verify account ownership, source of funds, transaction legitimacy, tax treatment or creditworthiness.
- Transaction limits or model constraints may cause only a subset of detailed transactions to be displayed or stored.
10. Availability, maintenance and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. AI providers, hosting systems, email delivery, payment networks and internet services may experience outages, high demand or delays.
We may modify interfaces, models, limits, supported formats, retention periods, features and pricing. Material changes to paid recurring plans will be handled according to applicable law and Paddle’s billing processes.
11. Intellectual property
StatementRadar, its design, software, code, branding, databases, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or internal lawful purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.
12. Suspension, termination and account closure
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, chargebacks, abuse, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, provider requirements or protection of users and systems.
Users may stop using the Service and request account closure. Account closure does not automatically cancel a Paddle subscription; eligible subscriptions should also be cancelled through the billing portal. Certain records may be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, availability and uninterrupted operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatementRadar and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, opportunity or business interruption arising from the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability arising from a paid Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by the user to StatementRadar through Paddle during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 50. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless StatementRadar and its operator from third-party claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized uploaded content, violation of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@statementradar.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
17. General provisions and contact
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer; users may not assign them without consent.
