This Cookie Policy explains how StatementRadar uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and browser identifiers. They can support login sessions, security, preferences, analytics and advertising.

StatementRadar does not currently describe any advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking cookies as active. If such tools are introduced, this policy and any consent controls will be updated before or when legally required.
4. Strictly necessary cookies
Essential cookies are required for login, session continuity, fraud prevention, security, checkout and account functionality. The Service may not work correctly if they are blocked. Where permitted by law, these cookies are used without optional consent because they are necessary to provide a requested service.
5. Third-party technologies
Paddle, content-delivery networks, browser libraries or other providers may set or receive technical information when their services load. Their cookies and storage are controlled under their own policies. StatementRadar does not control the precise lifetime or behavior of every third-party technology.
Paid AI processing occurs through the StatementRadar backend. Google Gemini API requests are not intended to require a Google login cookie in the StatementRadar browser interface.
6. Managing cookies
Users can review, block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout, billing, analysis history or other account functions.
Browser instructions differ by provider. Users may also use private browsing or clear site data after finishing a session, but doing so can sign them out and remove locally stored preferences or tool state.
7. Consent for non-essential technologies
If StatementRadar later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, personalization or tracking technologies in a jurisdiction requiring consent, we will provide an appropriate notice or preference mechanism before activating those technologies for affected users.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when technologies, providers, legal requirements or product features change. The effective date at the top will be revised.
